Will my roof project need a building permit? 

The only project that wouldn't need a re-roof permit is those in the county. If your project is within the city, we would need to obtain a permit in that city.

Do I need to purchase the permit if one is required? 

No, we will take care of everything for you. We want this process to be as little work for you as possible so that you can focus on the other things that are important to you.

What do you need if I accept the proposal?

Suppose you want to move forward with Yakima Roofing & Remodeling, LLC. In that case, we need you to return a copy of the signed proposal.
