Our in house design department is the foundation of our success when it comes to our construction projects.



 We have changed the way it's done. Building designers have never had to estimate a project based off their own plans and don't know the time it takes contractors to measure up everything in order to put a bid together. At Yakima Roofing & Remodeling, our designers have collaborated with our estimators so that estimates can be done with maximum efficiency. Gone are the days when our estimators spent hours or even a day or two pouring over elevation shots and truss plans to figure out roof details and measurements.

Our designers have begun to insert schedules with all critical roof measurements including each roof deck areas so that roofing contractors can estimate their materials quantities without ever needing to measure a single gable, ridge or area. But that's not all, our designer's have taken thing's even further and have created schedules for flooring, walls and siding so that when your contractor sends out a Yakima Roofing & Remodeling, LLC set of plans for bids on drywall, floors and siding, they'll get estimates back much sooner so that your project can break ground.
